Edge profile strip for pavement grid Mosaic by Prosperplast (model CEN-72551)
Prosperplast edge profile strip designed for Mosaic pavement grid provides a finished border for grid-based paving and garden installations. The profile strip is shaped to fit alongside compatible Mosaic grid panels, helping to secure panels in place and forming a defined edge for walkways, patios and garden paths. It is intended as an accessory to complement Mosaic pavement systems and improve the overall appearance and stability of the paved area.
The edge profile strip offers a simple and effective way to create a clean, continuous border along grid panels without altering the grid layout. Manufactured from weather-resistant material, it helps maintain the alignment of adjacent panels and reduces lateral movement caused by foot traffic or light loads. Its slim profile allows for an unobtrusive finish while providing mechanical restraint to keep pavers or infill material in position.
Place the edge profile strip along the outer edge of the installed Mosaic grid panels so the profile engages the panel edge and aligns with the paving plane. Ensure the ground beneath the profile is compacted and level to provide consistent support. Trim the profile to length where necessary and connect sections end-to-end to follow curves or corners. After positioning, check that adjacent panels are properly seated against the profile and add infill or finish material as required to secure the installation.
For best results, install the edge profile on a compacted and level base and use continuous runs to minimize gaps. Avoid exposing the profile to direct flame or high-temperature sources. Periodically inspect the edging for displacement after heavy use and re-seat or replace sections as needed to maintain a neat, stable border.
