QOLTEC 54282 is a 2 m singlemode optical fibre cable with SC connectors on both ends and a 9 µm core diameter. The cable is designed for fibre-optic network links and InfiniBand applications where matched SC–SC connections are required. The yellow jacket identifies singlemode operation and helps with cable routing and identification in patch panels and rack installations.
This SC–SC singlemode cable provides low-loss singlemode transmission over short interconnect distances and is compatible with standard SC transceivers and adapters. The 9 µm core supports singlemode propagation, reducing modal dispersion for reliable data transfer. The 2 m length offers a convenient reach for rack-to-rack or equipment-to-equipment patching while the yellow outer sheath simplifies visual identification in mixed-cable environments.
