QOLTEC 54284 is an InfiniBand / fibre optic patch cable with SC–SC connectors and a 5 m length. The cable uses a 9 µm single-mode core and a yellow outer jacket to identify single-mode fibre. It is designed for short to medium interconnects in data centres, storage networks and server rooms where low attenuation and stable high-speed optical links are required.
