Quantec acrylic lightweight filler UAL-310 cartridge 310 ml white
Quantec acrylic lightweight filler UAL-310 in a 310 ml cartridge, white, is a ready-to-use acrylic putty formulated for interior repair and finishing. Supplied in a cartridge for convenient application, this filler is intended to fill cracks, joints and surface imperfections on common interior substrates. After drying it can be smoothed or sanded to provide an even surface suitable for subsequent painting or decorating.
The acrylic lightweight formulation provides good workability and ease of application directly from the cartridge. Its white colour offers a neutral base for most topcoats and reduces the need for heavy priming. The product dries to a sandable surface, enabling neat finishing and integration with surrounding plaster or drywall. Designed for interior use, it bonds to typical substrate types used in building interiors and allows straightforward application and clean-up when used as recommended.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, loose material, grease or old flaking paint. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired bead size and apply with a standard caulking gun, pressing the filler into cracks or joints. Smooth the applied material with a wet spatula or trowel if required. Allow the filler to dry fully according to ambient temperature and humidity before sanding or overcoating. After sanding, remove dust and apply primer or paint as needed.
Use at recommended room temperature and avoid application on damp or frozen substrates. For deep or wide gaps, apply in layers, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next. Test adherence on small inconspicuous area when working on unfamiliar substrates. Clean tools and equipment with water before the product cures.
