Product information

Description

RainPoint ITV305 is a 3-zone hose timer that controls up to three independent irrigation zones with programmable schedules. Each zone supports separate start time, watering duration and frequency. The device features a clear LCD display, a function dial with a zone switch, a built-in metal inlet filter and robust threaded connections; the housing meets IP65 protection for dust and water jets. Functions such as manual watering, rain delay and low-battery protection increase operational reliability.

Advantages

The controller allows independent programming of three zones, with watering duration from 1 minute to 4 hours and frequency options from hourly intervals to daily cycles. A manual mode lets you run off-schedule watering from 1 minute up to 8 hours without changing programmed cycles. Rain delay (24/48/72 hours) and low-battery protection prevent unnecessary watering. Intuitive controls — a large dial, easy-to-read LCD and zone buttons — simplify setup. Durable construction includes BSP 3/4" or 1" inlet threads, a metal mesh filter and IP65-rated housing.

Suitable for

  • Lawn irrigation
  • Flower beds and borders
  • Vegetable plots and raised beds
  • Container and patio plant watering
  • Small allotments and hobby gardens

Key specifications

  • Manufacturer: RainPoint
  • Model: ITV305
  • Water inlet: BSP for 3/4" or 1" faucet
  • Operating temperature: 3°C – 50°C
  • Working pressure: 0.5 – 8 bar
  • Time format: 12H / 24H
  • Watering delay: 24 / 48 / 72 hours
  • Watering frequency: every 1–12 hours or every 1–7 days
  • Duration of watering: 1 minute – 4 hours
  • Duration of manual watering: 1 minute – 8 hours
  • Power supply: 4 × AA batteries (not included)
  • Waterproof level: IP65

How to use

Attach the controller to a standard garden faucet using the appropriate BSP 3/4" or 1" thread, ensuring the supplied gasket and sealing tape are fitted. Install 4 AA batteries (not included) and set the current time and preferred time format (12H or 24H) using the dial and buttons. Program each zone with required start times, duration and frequency, or select manual watering to run a single cycle without changing programmed settings. Use the rain delay option to pause automatic cycles for 24, 48 or 72 hours when necessary.

Usage recommendations

Check and clean the metal inlet filter periodically to prevent clogging. Replace batteries promptly when the low-battery indicator appears to ensure the valve closes correctly and avoid uncontrolled water flow. Mount the controller out of direct winter frost if temperatures can drop below the operating range.
