A wired rain sensor automatically pauses irrigation during rainfall and resumes operation once conditions are dry. The unit includes a large LCD for clear status and easy configuration.

How to use

Mount the controller outdoors in a sheltered location and connect the included wired rain sensor to the designated terminals. Install batteries (2 × AAA) and use the large LCD, dial and buttons to set start times, duration and frequency for up to three programs. Use the manual watering feature to start irrigation immediately without changing saved schedules, and use the rain delay mode to pause watering for up to 72 hours when needed. The controller will suspend programmed cycles automatically when the rain sensor detects precipitation and will resume once the sensor dries.
