The RAM-B-231ZU Handlebar U-Bolt Base from RAM Mounts is a mounting base that uses a B-size 1" rubber ball set at a right angle to the mounting rail. The zinc-coated metal u-bolt accepts tubular rails with diameters from 0.5" to 1.25" and includes a composite adapter to reduce the effective rail width to a minimum of 0.5". Black cover caps are supplied to conceal the exposed ends of the u-bolt. The base is black, weighs approximately 0.13 kg and is intended to provide a stable attachment point for compatible RAM mounting arms and device holders.
