The RF Elements HG3-CC-S90 is a compact symmetrical horn carrier-class antenna designed for 5.18–6.40 GHz operation. How to use

Mount the HG3-CC-S90 on an appropriate mast or tower using standard mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware. Connect a coaxial feed with a 50 Ω impedance to the N-type female connector on the antenna and then to a compatible connectorized radio. Align the antenna so the circular main beam covers the intended sector; because the antenna has identical azimuth and elevation beamwidths, adjust height and tilt to avoid coverage nulls for nearby clients. Follow the radio manufacturer’s instructions for cabling and grounding.

Usage recommendations

For best spectral efficiency and coexistence, deploy multiple narrow sectors (for example 30°–90° models) with careful mechanical alignment and adequate isolation between sectors. Use this antenna where compact size and low side-lobe radiation are required to improve throughput and scalability of dense wireless networks.
