The ROLINE Industrial Switch ROLINE 8x RJ-45 unmanaged is an unmanaged Fast Ethernet switch with eight shielded 10/100 Base-T copper ports designed for industrial environments. It supports full-duplex and half-duplex flow control, has a MAC address table capacity of 1000 entries and offers wide operating temperature capability for deployment in temperature-critical locations. Power can be supplied via a terminal block or a DC jack.

Mount the switch on a DIN-rail or place it in a suitable enclosure. Connect Ethernet devices to the RJ-45 ports; the Auto MDI/MDI-X function eliminates the need for crossover cables. Provide DC power within the specified 5–30 V range using the terminal block or the DC power jack (6.3 mm / 2.0 mm). No configuration is required for basic switching functions since the device is unmanaged.
