PoE Gigabit Injector ROLINE 4 Ports
The ROLINE PoE Gigabit Injector 4 Ports provides four Gigabit Ethernet ports that combine high-speed data transmission with power delivery over a single cable. Supporting 10/100/1000 Mbit/s data rates, each RJ-45 port supplies up to 30 W of Power over Ethernet, with an overall PoE budget of 120 W. The compact, lightweight black housing (0.19 kg) is designed for simple inline deployment where separate power outlets are inconvenient or unavailable, enabling connection and powering of networked devices such as IP cameras and wireless access points while maintaining full Gigabit throughput.
This injector delivers simultaneous data and power to connected devices over standard Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, reducing the need for local power supplies and simplifying installation. With Gigabit support on all four ports and a total PoE budget of 120 W, it is suitable for multiple mid-power PoE devices without sacrificing network speed. The small form factor and lightweight design make it easy to position near network endpoints or inside equipment cabinets, and the black finish blends with common networking hardware.
Connect the injector to your network switch or router using a standard Ethernet cable on the data input side, then connect powered devices to the PoE-enabled output ports using Cat5e/Cat6 cables. Ensure that the combined power requirements of connected devices do not exceed the total PoE budget of 120 W. No additional configuration is required for standard PoE devices; the injector supplies power automatically when a compatible powered device is detected. Place the unit in a ventilated area and avoid covering it to maintain normal operating temperatures.
For reliable operation, use good-quality Cat5e or Cat6 cables and verify each device's PoE power class. Distribute power-hungry devices across ports so the total remains within the 120 W budget. Install the injector close to network endpoints when possible to reduce cable length and potential signal loss.
