The 1.0 m orange cable uses Cat.6 specification with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair with overall braid) shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, providing compatibility with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) equipment. Construction includes 4-pair stranded copper wire and gold-plated contacts with 1:1 contact assignment according to EIA/TIA 568.
