Wall-mounted 19" rack cabinet ROLINE Pro 20U, 600x600 mm, 450 mm depth, IP20, grey
ROLINE Pro 20U wall-mounted 19" rack cabinet, 600 x 600 mm with 450 mm maximum mounting depth and IP20 protection, is designed to house network and server equipment in compact technical spaces. The cabinet features a two-part swivelling design with a lockable front door and removable, lockable side panels for secure access control. Internal galvanised 19" profile rails are reversible and depth-adjustable, while the robust steel body (up to 1.5 mm sheet thickness) is finished in grey (RAL 7035). A sliding cable inlet with foam seal on the roof, punched cable inlets on the rear panel and base, brush strips on the rear frame and a roof cut-out for a fan module support flexible cable management and ventilation options.
The cabinet combines a compact footprint with organised interior mounting: reversible and depth-adjustable 19" rails accommodate various devices while the two-part hinged construction allows the unit to be folded to the side for easier access during installation and maintenance. Lockable front door and removable side panels provide physical security and convenient equipment replacement. Integrated cable inlets, foam seals and brush strips reduce dust ingress and help maintain tidy cable routing. The cabinet’s powder-coated steel construction ensures mechanical stability suitable for wall-mounted deployment.
Mount the cabinet on a suitably rated wall structure following local mounting standards and taking into account the cabinet weight and loaded equipment. Adjust and secure the internal 19" rails to the required depth for your devices, and use the reversible rails or rear frame perforations as needed. Route cables through the sliding roof inlet or the punched rear/base inlets and seal around entries with the provided foam and plastic covers. Install devices using appropriate rack screws and rails, close and lock the front door and reattach side panels for security. If active cooling is required, fit a compatible fan module in the roof cut-out and ensure adequate airflow paths.
Position the cabinet at a height that allows safe access to mounted equipment and regular maintenance; ensure the wall and fixings support the combined weight of the cabinet and installed devices. Keep the mounting depth (max 450 mm) in mind when selecting servers or UPS devices, and distribute load evenly across rack units. Use cable ties and the built-in inlets/brush strips to maintain tidy cabling and to reduce strain on connectors. For locations exposed to dust, moisture or higher security needs, consider alternative enclosures with higher IP rating or additional locking options.
