Description

ROLINE 19-inch freestanding server cabinet, 42U rack capacity, 800 x 1000 mm footprint and up to 950 mm mounting depth. The enclosure features perforated front and rear panels for airflow, adjustable rack rails and levelling feet, IP20 protection and a static load capacity of up to 600 kg. Constructed from robust sheet steel with electrostatic powder coating in black, the cabinet is designed for installation and maintenance of servers, network and telecom equipment in data centres and server rooms.

Advantages

The cabinet provides a stable, modular housing with two pairs of galvanised, reversible 19" profile rails that are depth-adjustable to accommodate a variety of equipment depths. Perforated doors and multiple cable inlet points in the base, roof and side panels simplify cable routing and ventilation planning. Removable side and rear panels, a lockable removable front door and the option to change the door hinge improve access and maintenance. The welded steel construction and powder-coated finish ensure mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for stationary installations.

How to use

Place the freestanding cabinet on a level surface and adjust the levelling feet to achieve stable positioning. Remove the front, side or rear panels as required to install rails, servers, switches and PDUs. Set the 19" profile rails to the required depth (maximum mounting depth 950 mm) and secure equipment using compatible rack screws and cage nuts. Route power and network cabling through the base, side or roof inlets and secure cables to internal panels or cable management accessories. If ventilation is required, use the punched roof area to install a compatible fan module and ensure the perforated doors remain unobstructed to maintain airflow.
