Wire connector ROLINE 30.11.9025 RJ-45 (UTP) — White
ROLINE 30.11.9025 is a white RJ-45 (UTP) wire connector designed to terminate unshielded twisted-pair Ethernet cables and provide a standard modular interface. The connector accepts prepared UTP cable ends and secures individual conductors in the RJ-45 pin configuration to create patch cords, repair existing cable terminations, or finish custom-length network cables for LAN and small office environments.
The connector supports standard 8P8C RJ-45 pinouts and is compatible with common UTP cable types used in Ethernet installations. Its white housing offers a neutral appearance for visible patch panels or desk connections, while the modular design enables quick termination without specialized heavy equipment. The product is suitable for producing reliable, low-cost terminations when used with proper crimping tools and cable preparation.
This connector is intended for unshielded twisted-pair cables and is not suitable for shielded (STP/FTP) cable types that require a connector with earth/foil contact. It is also not a replacement for pre-moulded, factory-terminated cables when environmental sealing, strain relief, or industrial-grade robustness is required. Proper crimping tools and correct cable preparation are needed to achieve reliable electrical and mechanical connections.
Strip the outer jacket of the UTP cable to expose the twisted pairs, untwist and align the conductors according to the required wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Trim the conductors to an even length, insert them fully into the RJ-45 connector so each conductor reaches its corresponding pin, and verify the jacket is seated into the connector for strain relief. Use a compatible RJ-45 crimping tool to crimp the connector contacts and secure the housing. After crimping, test the cable with a network cable tester to confirm continuity and correct pin mapping.
For consistent results, use a quality RJ-45 crimping tool and trim conductors cleanly. Verify pinout with a cable tester after termination and avoid over-crimping which can damage contacts. For installations requiring shielding or enhanced strain relief, choose a connector designed specifically for STP/FTP cables or moulded ends.
