Ruler Rotring S0220481 White 1 pc(s)

The rotring S0220481 White ruler is a precision measuring tool designed for accurate linear measurements and neat drawing. Finished in matte white, the ruler combines a durable construction with low weight for comfortable handling during extended use. Its straight edge provides a reliable guide for drawing lines, marking measurements and checking small distances in technical drawing, design and educational tasks.

Advantages

This rotring ruler offers a stable, straight edge that resists warping and maintains accuracy over time. The lightweight design reduces hand fatigue and improves control when drawing or aligning paper. The white finish improves contrast with pencil and ink marks, making graduations and drawn lines easier to see. The ruler's manufacturing tolerances ensure consistent results for repeatable tasks.

Suitable for

• Technical drawing and architectural sketches
• Graphic design and layout work
• Schoolwork and student projects
• Precise marking and measuring in crafts and model making

Key specifications

• Material: durable lightweight plastic
• Finish: matte white surface
• Edge type: straight, precision-cut
• Intended use: linear measuring and guiding for drawing
• Weight: lightweight for easy handling

How to use

Place the rotring ruler on the work surface with the straight edge aligned to the desired reference points. Hold the ruler firmly with one hand to prevent slipping and draw or mark along the edge with a pencil, pen or cutting tool as required. For repeated measurements, use the ruler's edge as a stable guide and recheck alignment before each mark to maintain accuracy. Store flat to avoid bending or distortion.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use on a clean, flat surface and keep drawing instruments sharp. Avoid excessive force when using cutting tools against the edge to preserve the precision of the ruler. Clean with a soft cloth to remove graphite or ink residues and store away from heat sources to maintain straightness.
