An enhanced SSD enclosure supports extended storage up to 4TB and uses a thermal pad to absorb and dissipate heat to reduce SSD throttling during heavy transfers. How to use

Connect the dock to your computer using the built-in USB-C cable. Insert an M.2 NVMe SSD (single-sided, without heatsink) into the enclosure following the installation instructions, then secure it and ensure the thermal pad contacts the SSD. Use the rear opening to access the Mac mini power button if needed. Insert SD cards into the SD slot and connect USB devices to the USB-A ports for data transfer. For best results, connect one bus-powered device at a time and avoid using the USB-A ports for device charging.

Usage recommendations

Do not install SATA M.2 SSDs, double-sided drives or SSDs with heatsinks. Avoid connecting multiple bus-powered devices simultaneously. This hub does not support optical drives (including Apple SuperDrive) and USB-A ports are not recommended for charging.
