The Satechi 4-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter 4K (ST-P4SK) is a compact USB Type-C hub that expands a single USB-C port into four useful connections. It combines a 4K HDMI output, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.0) Type-A port and two USB-C ports in a slim black enclosure, providing video output, high-speed data transfer and pass-through connectivity for compatible laptops, tablets and smartphones.
This adapter delivers a 4K HDMI output up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz for clear external display support, a high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port for fast file transfers (up to 10 Gbps / 10000 Mbit/s), and additional USB-C ports for power delivery or device connections. Its ultra-compact, lightweight aluminium design in black is portable and plug-and-play with no drivers required, making it convenient for on-the-go use and tidy workstations.
Connect the adapter's USB-C plug to a compatible USB-C host port on your laptop, tablet or smartphone. Use the HDMI port to connect an external display with an HDMI cable, attach storage devices or peripherals to the USB-A port, and use the remaining USB-C ports for power delivery or additional device connections as supported by your host device. The hub is plug-and-play; ensure the host supports external display output over USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode) for HDMI video functionality.
Use quality HDMI and USB cables and verify your host device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and required power delivery if you intend to charge the host through the hub. Avoid exceeding the power and bandwidth limits of your host device when multiple high-demand peripherals are connected simultaneously.
