How to use

Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface with sufficient clearance around it. Select the desired oven temperature (90°C–230°C) and the appropriate heating mode using the rotary knobs. Preheat the oven if the recipe requires it. Use the hotplates by placing compatible cookware on the selected plate and adjusting the corresponding control knob. Use the provided grill rack, baking tray or grilling needle as required; handles are included for safe removal of accessories.
