Distribution box SEZ ROS-W1603.2/0-1 with 1×16A 5P and 1×32A 5P outlets, 2×230V, TVM 21, IP44, switch 0-1
SEZ ROS-W1603.2/0-1 is a compact distribution box designed to provide controlled power distribution via one 16A 5‑pole outlet and one 32A 5‑pole outlet, together with two 230V outputs. The unit incorporates a TVM 21 module and a manual 0‑1 switch housed in an IP44-rated enclosure for protection against splashes and light dust. This model is intended for temporary and semi-permanent electrical distribution in workshops, construction sites and other locations where secure, switchable multi‑pole sockets and basic environmental protection are required.
The distribution box combines multi‑pole industrial connectors with two standard 230V outputs, enabling simultaneous supply to tools and auxiliary equipment. The TVM 21 module adds monitoring or protective functionality relevant to site installations, while the manual 0‑1 switch allows straightforward on/off control without additional wiring. The IP44 enclosure gives splash protection for outdoor or indoor use in damp conditions, and the compact form factor simplifies mounting and transport.
Install the distribution box on a suitable, stable surface following local electrical regulations. Connect the incoming supply cable to the distribution box input terminals via a qualified electrician, ensuring correct phase, neutral and protective earth connections for multi‑pole outlets. Use the manual 0‑1 switch to enable or disable the outgoing sockets as needed. Connect tools or devices to the 16A or 32A industrial sockets and to the 230V outputs according to their rated current and phase requirements. Perform routine visual checks of the enclosure and connectors before each use.
Use appropriate cable sizes and protective devices upstream of the distribution box to match the load and to comply with safety standards. Avoid exposing the unit to direct water jets or prolonged immersion; IP44 protects against splashes but not full immersion. For installations in harsher environments, consider additional enclosure protection or mounting inside a sheltered location. Periodically inspect contacts and the enclosure for damage and corrosion, and service the unit through qualified personnel if faults are detected.
