SHARK Tools SPRINT garden hose on a reel is a 50 m irrigation hose with a 1/2" internal diameter and three-layer construction. Designed for watering, garden maintenance and outdoor cleaning, the hose combines flexibility with structural strength to resist kinks and tolerate regular pressure variations. Supplied on a reel for convenient storage and handling, it connects to standard fittings for home gardens, allotments and small irrigation systems.
The three-layer construction increases resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage while maintaining flexibility for easy winding and unwinding on the reel. A 1/2" internal diameter balances water flow and ease of handling, making the hose suitable for typical garden taps and sprinklers. The reel keeps the hose organized, reduces tangling and speeds up setup and storage. Materials are selected to withstand outdoor conditions and routine pressure changes without frequent deformation.
Unroll the hose from the reel and connect it to a standard garden tap or connector using the appropriate coupling. Adjust water pressure according to the attached accessory (sprinkler, nozzle or watering lance) and check fittings for tightness before use. After watering or cleaning, release remaining water from the hose, drain it flat if possible, and rewind it onto the reel to prevent kinks and prolong service life. Store the reel and hose away from prolonged direct sunlight and freezing temperatures to maintain material integrity.
For best results, avoid leaving the hose pressurized when not in use, and protect couplings from impact and corrosion. Use a pressure regulator if your water supply exceeds typical garden tap pressure, and drain the hose before winter to prevent damage from freezing.
