Marker Sharpie 2218069 Brush tip Black — brush-tip black creative marker
Sharpie 2218069 Brush tip Black is a single black brush-tip creative marker for drawing, lettering and craft use. The flexible brush tip allows variable line widths and expressive strokes, making it suitable for hand lettering, illustrations, sketching and a variety of craft projects. The marker uses a paint-like, water-based acrylic ink that lays down vibrant, bold color on both light and dark surfaces and dries without bleeding through.
This marker delivers intense, paint-like black ink that remains visible on paper, metal, wood, ceramic, glass, stone and canvas. The water-based formula is layerable and does not cause colors to blend unintentionally, so you can build depth and detail. The conical brush-style tip provides control over fine and broad strokes, and the marker is ready to use without shaking—just uncap and draw.
This marker uses water-based acrylic ink that behaves like paint; it may not be ideal where an alcohol-based permanent marker is required for immediate waterproof permanence on some non-porous surfaces. It is a single black color, so projects that require a range of pre-mixed colors will need additional markers.
Uncap the marker and apply with the brush tip to achieve fine hairlines by using the tip point or broader strokes by applying more pressure and using the side of the tip. Allow layers to dry between applications when building up opacity or texture. For best results, store the marker horizontally to maintain consistent ink flow.
Use on clean, dry surfaces for best adhesion and visibility. Test on a small area of non-porous materials before committing to a full project. Allow sufficient drying time between layers to prevent smudging.
