Coaxial Antenna Cable ShiverPeaks 80012 — 100% Shielded, 75 dB Attenuation, BK Compatible
Coaxial Antenna Cable ShiverPeaks 80012 is a 1.50 m, straight white coaxial cable designed for antenna and RF connections where high shielding and signal integrity are required. The cable features a 9.5 mm connector interface with a solid copper inner conductor (0.5 mm) and double shielding: an inner aluminium-foil layer and an outer copper braid (32 × 0.12 mm). The assembly and connectors are fully shielded and conform to relevant DIN connection dimensions, making the cable compatible with BK-type antenna equipment, routers, TV tuners and other RF devices.
The cable’s double shielding construction provides rated shielding attenuation of 75 dB, offering strong protection against EMI and RFI to maintain stable signal transmission. A fully shielded connector and coupling reduce leakage and ensure continuity of the shield across the connection. The use of a solid copper inner conductor supports reliable low-loss signal transfer for analog and digital RF applications. The straight, 1.50 m length and standard connector interface simplify installation in domestic and professional setups.
Ensure both the device and antenna connectors are clean and free of debris before connecting. Align the straight connectors and push or screw them together according to the device’s coupling method until a secure mechanical and electrical fit is achieved. Route the cable without sharp bends; maintain bend radii appropriate for coaxial cables to avoid damaging the inner conductor or degrading shielding performance. When disconnecting, hold the connector body rather than pulling the cable sheath to avoid stress on the internal conductor and shield.
For best RF performance, keep the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic interference (power supplies, large motors) and avoid tight coils. Use the 1.50 m length for short runs; for longer distances, select a cable with appropriate attenuation and shielding characteristics. Confirm compatibility with your equipment’s BK connector type and DIN connection dimensions before installation.
