SiGMA-Li Kolano PP 20 mm 1/2" BOR Plus KW2012 plumbing elbow
SiGMA-Li Kolano PP 20 mm 1/2" BOR Plus KW2012 plumbing elbow is a polypropylene (PP) 90° pipe fitting designed for 20 mm / 1/2" plumbing connections. The fitting enables a reliable directional change in piping systems and is compatible with potable water and general plumbing installations where a PP elbow is required. Its construction is intended for use in residential and commercial water supply and heating circuits using matching 20 mm / 1/2" connectors.
This PP elbow offers chemical resistance typical of polypropylene, low weight for easier handling and installation, and resistance to corrosion compared with metallic fittings. The 90° design provides a compact solution for directional changes in piping runs, and the smooth internal surface minimises flow resistance. The fitting is suitable for use with potable water systems and standard plumbing assemblies that accept 20 mm / 1/2" connections.
Prepare compatible 20 mm / 1/2" pipes or fittings, ensuring clean, deburred ends and correct insertion depth for a secure joint. Install the PP elbow according to the connection method specified for the system (e.g., push-fit, solvent welding, or appropriate mechanical connection) and follow usual plumbing practice to achieve leak-free joints. Verify alignment and support piping to prevent stress on the elbow, then test the system at recommended pressure before putting it into regular service.
Use this polypropylene elbow only within the temperature and pressure limits established for PP fittings in your installation. Avoid exposing the fitting to open flames or aggressive solvents not compatible with polypropylene. Support adjacent piping to reduce mechanical stress at the joint and perform pressure testing after installation in accordance with local plumbing standards.
