Gas hob and electric oven SIMFER 5405SERGG, stainless steel, 4 zones, 50 cm
The SIMFER 5405SERGG combines a four-zone gas hob and an electric oven within a 50 cm stainless-steel housing, intended for standard kitchen installations. The appliance pairs gas burners for stovetop tasks with an electric cavity for baking and roasting, and it features electronic ignition and an energy efficiency class A rating. Its compact width and mixed-fuel design make it suitable for kitchens where space is limited but both gas and electric cooking methods are preferred.
The integrated layout offers direct control of both hob and oven from a single compact unit, saving installation space while keeping separate fuel benefits: precise flame control on the gas hob and stable, even heating in the electric oven. Electronic ignition simplifies burner start-up and the stainless-steel finish provides a durable, easy-to-clean exterior. Energy efficiency class A for the oven contributes to lower energy consumption during baking and roasting cycles.
This combined unit may not be ideal for large families or users who regularly cook for many people, since the oven capacity is moderate compared with full-size models. It is also not suitable where a fully electric or fully gas range is explicitly required by installation constraints or user preference.
Install the unit in a standard 50 cm wide cabinet opening with appropriate ventilation and a gas and electrical supply that meet local codes. Use the gas hob knobs to control flame intensity; ignition is electronic so turn the knob to the ignition position until the burner lights. Set oven temperature and mode using the oven controls; allow the cavity to preheat when recipes require it. Regularly clean spills from both the hob and oven once cooled, and follow the user manual for maintenance intervals and safety checks.
For best results use medium to low flame settings for standard stovetop simmering and reserve high flame for rapid boiling or searing. Preheat the electric oven when baking for consistent results, and perform routine cleaning of the stainless-steel surfaces with non-abrasive cleaners to maintain finish and hygiene.
