How to use

Fit the press securely on a stable work surface and select the desired thickness setting. Feed rolled or prepared dough strips into the rollers, turning the crank or operating with the compatible mechanical drive while guiding the dough through to achieve even sheets. Repeat passes starting from a thicker setting and progressively reduce to finer settings for uniform thinning. After use, remove residual dough with the supplied small brush and avoid immersing the unit in water.

Usage recommendations

For best results, start with a uniformly mixed dough rested according to your recipe. Use the highest thickness setting for initial passes and reduce settings gradually to prevent tearing.
