Network patch cable SOLARIX CAT5E UTP PVC 2 m yellow
SOLARIX CAT5E UTP PVC 2 m yellow is a 2‑metre unshielded twisted pair patch cable with a PVC jacket and RJ45 connectors on both ends. Designed for Ethernet networks, it supports Cat5e performance for data and voice transmission and is suitable for connecting end devices, switches, patch panels, routers and wall outlets. The yellow jacket helps visual identification and tidy cable management in offices, server rooms and home networks.
The cable supports up to 100 MHz bandwidth and transmission speeds up to 1 Gb/s (1000Base‑T). It uses stranded 26 AWG conductors for improved flexibility and gold‑plated contacts for reliable signal transfer. As a UTP (unshielded) cable with PVC sheath, it is lightweight, easy to route and provides insulation that protects copper conductors from oxidation. The cable is plug‑and‑play and requires no additional software or configuration.
Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks. For standard installations use the EIA/TIA 568B wiring orientation for direct device‑to‑switch or device‑to‑patch‑panel connections. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of electromagnetic interference; secure with cable ties or organizers to maintain a tidy installation. The cable is a passive component and requires no configuration—devices will negotiate link speed automatically according to their capabilities.
Use the yellow cable for visible identification of specific networks or services and reserve shielded cable variants where electromagnetic interference is a concern. Avoid running the cable alongside high‑voltage power lines and keep bend radius greater than four times the cable diameter to preserve transmission performance.
