Network Cable SOLARIX C5E-155RD-1MB RJ45 CAT5E 1m Red
The SOLARIX C5E-155RD-1MB RJ45 CAT5E 1m Red patch cable is a single-meter UTP network cable designed to connect network devices where a short, reliable link is required. This CAT5e-rated cable supports standard Ethernet speeds and is fitted with RJ45 connectors on both ends. The cable’s PVC outer jacket in red provides visible identification and basic mechanical protection against abrasion and bending during everyday installations at home or in small offices.
This CAT5E cable offers consistent signal transmission across a 1 m length, compatible with Ethernet switches, routers, patch panels and network interface cards that accept RJ45 connectors. The unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction reduces crosstalk for typical office and residential environments, while the PVC sheath balances flexibility and durability for frequent handling. The red colour improves cable management by making the cable easy to trace in bundled installations.
Insert each RJ45 connector firmly into the corresponding RJ45 port on network devices until the latch clicks. Ensure the cable is not sharply bent at the connector ends and avoid routing the cable near strong electromagnetic sources to reduce potential interference. For patch panel installations, use appropriate cable management and avoid excessive pulling force when dressing the cable into panels or racks.
Use this 1 m CAT5e patch cable for short, reliable connections where clear colour coding is helpful. Avoid exposing the PVC jacket to prolonged UV light or extreme temperatures. For environments requiring higher bandwidth or longer runs, consider higher category or shielded cables.
