Docking Station Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 HDMI Dock 100W Power Delivery
The Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 HDMI Dock provides a single-cable docking solution with Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, integrated HDMI output, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, and up to 100W power delivery. Compatible with Apple M series Macs, Thunderbolt 3 Intel Macs, Thunderbolt 3/4 and USB4 Windows computers, Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 Chromebooks, and M series iPad Pro, the Echo 11 connects monitors, USB peripherals, Ethernet, and Thunderbolt devices while charging a notebook through the included Thunderbolt 4 cable.
The dock includes a built-in HDMI port so no adapter is required for HDMI displays, three Thunderbolt 4 ports (one host and two downstream) that also support USB4/USB 3 devices and supply 15W to each downstream port, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) Type-A ports with up to 7.5W per port for bus-powered devices, and a UHS-II SD card reader supporting up to 320 MB/s read speeds. It delivers 2.5 Gb/s Ethernet over Cat5e or better cabling and falls back to 1 Gb/s or 100 Mb/s when needed. The dock is Thunderbolt certified for a wide range of Mac, Windows, and iPad Pro systems.
Connect the included Thunderbolt 4 cable from the dock’s host Thunderbolt port to your computer’s Thunderbolt/USB-C port. Plug displays into the built-in HDMI port or into the Thunderbolt downstream ports (or use compatible adapters for other display interfaces). Connect Ethernet, USB peripherals, and SD cards to their respective ports. When connected, the dock supplies up to 100W to charge your notebook and provides power to connected bus-powered devices through the USB and Thunderbolt downstream ports. To undock, safely eject any storage devices, then unplug the Thunderbolt cable to disconnect all peripherals at once.
For 2.5GbE performance use Cat5e or better cabling and connect to a 2.5GbE-capable switch or NAS. For maximum display resolutions, confirm your host computer’s Thunderbolt/USB-C video capabilities and, if using additional adapters, choose Thunderbolt-compatible video adapters. Always eject external drives and SD cards before unplugging the Thunderbolt cable to avoid data loss.
