Underfloor Heating Mat Sourcing HEATING MAT 150 W/m², Area 1.0 m²
Sourcing HEATING MAT 150 W/m², Area 1.0 m² is a preformed electric underfloor heating mat designed to provide consistent radiant heat beneath finished floor coverings. The mat delivers a rated output of 150 W per square metre over a 1.0 m² coverage area, intended for spot or small-area heating applications. It is suitable for installation under ceramic tiles, natural stone and other floor coverings that are compatible with electric mat systems and cement or flexible tile adhesives.
The Sourcing HEATING MAT offers even surface heating with a fixed power density of 150 W/m², ensuring predictable thermal performance for the specified 1.0 m² area. As a preformed mat, it simplifies layout and installation compared with loose cable systems, reducing installation time for small areas. The thin profile allows installation under common tile adhesives without raising finished floor height significantly. Designed for spot heating, it complements central heating or provides localized temperature control in bathrooms, kitchens or renovation zones.
Before installation, verify subfloor flatness, cleanliness and compatibility with electric heating systems. Layout the preformed mat on the prepared subfloor following the manufacturer’s positioning guidelines and avoid overlapping heating conductors. Secure the mat per installer instructions and embed it in an appropriate tile adhesive or thin-set mortar compatible with electric underfloor systems. Connect the mat to a dedicated power circuit and control system using a qualified electrician; installation should include a suitable thermostat with floor sensor where required by local regulations.
Use the Sourcing HEATING MAT for localized or spot heating needs where a compact, predictable electric underfloor solution is required. For reliable operation, have electrical connections and final commissioning performed by a certified installer, and select floor coverings and adhesives that are compatible with electric underfloor systems. Do not install the mat where it would be subject to mechanical damage or overlapping of heating conductors.
