How to use

Remove the cap and write or draw with the medium (M) tip at an angle that suits the surface. Allow a few seconds for the ink to dry before handling the marked object to avoid smudging. For continued long-term use, replace cartridges using the Staedtler refill station 487 17 when ink runs low. After use, replace the cap to maintain optimal ink condition; however, short uncapped intervals are supported by the DRY SAFE feature.

Usage recommendations

For best results, test the pen on an inconspicuous area of the surface first. Avoid use on very hot or very soft plastics; clean the tip occasionally if residues build up. Store pens horizontally or upright with the tip down for extended periods to ensure consistent ink flow.
