This USB-C Triple 4K Monitor Docking Station (StarTech.com 116E-USBC-DOCK) expands a laptop workstation by supporting multiple combinations of Ultra HD 4K DisplayPort and HDMI monitors and offering a broad set of connectivity options. It is compatible with USB-C, Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 hosts and combines an integrated DisplayLink graphics controller with a DP Alt Mode USB-C port on the host to drive up to three independent 4K displays.

How to use

Connect the docking station to the host computer using the included 1 m USB-C cable into a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) Type-C port or a compatible Thunderbolt port. Attach HDMI and/or DisplayPort monitors to the video outputs: use Video Ports 1 and 2 (DisplayLink) for up to two displays at 4K 60Hz and Video Port 3 (DP Alt Mode) for a third display at up to 4K 30Hz. Plug in USB peripherals, connect a wired LAN cable to the Gigabit Ethernet port, and connect headsets to the 3.5mm TRRS jack. Finally, connect the supplied power adapter to enable 100W USB Power Delivery to the host and BC 1.2 charging on specified USB ports.
