The cable uses 50/125 µm multimode (OM2) fiber with LC and SC connectors in a duplex configuration and is jacketed in LSZH (Low-Smoke, Zero-Halogen) material to limit smoke, toxicity and corrosive gases in case of fire. Each patch cable is individually tested for optical insertion loss to ensure compatibility and consistent performance.
