The StarTech.com 10 m CAT6a patch cable is a shielded (STP) Ethernet cable designed for 10GBase-T networks. Constructed with 100% copper conductors, foil-shielded twisted pairs and 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 connectors, this grey 10 m cable is tested to 500 MHz and meets Category 6a (ANSI/TIA 568 C.2) requirements for reliable 10 Gbps connections between network devices.

Advantages

The cable uses full copper conductors rather than copper-clad aluminum (CCA), avoiding reduced power delivery and overheating risks.
