The StarTech.com 0.50m RJ45 Cat6a Black cable provides shielded, high-performance 10 Gigabit network connectivity for short-distance applications. Constructed with 100% copper, foil-shielded twisted-pair wiring and 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts, this 0.5 m patch cable is designed for in-rack and across-rack connections in server closets, patch panels and Ethernet hubs where reduced EMI/RFI and reliable 10GBase-T performance are required.

Advantages

This Cat6a cable meets or exceeds Category 6a specifications and is tested up to 500 MHz for consistent 10Gb throughput. The foil shielding (U/FTP) and shielded connectors minimize electromagnetic interference and near-end crosstalk, while 100% copper conductors and gold-plated contacts ensure stable conductivity and corrosion resistance.
