The StarTech.com USB-C Hub HB31C3A1CDPPD3 adds three USB-A ports and one USB-C port to a USB-C enabled laptop or desktop, delivering up to 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 data transfers and supporting USB-C DP Alt Mode video output at up to 4K 60Hz. The hub includes a built-in 1 ft (30 cm) USB-C host cable and a USB Power Delivery 3.0 pass-through port that supports up to 100W for charging the host device while powering connected peripherals. The downstream USB-C port also provides up to 12W (5V/2.4A) to support portable USB-C monitors and other bus-powered devices. The compact, silver hub is backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices and supports Wake on USB and Overcurrent Protection for connected peripherals.
