The StarTech.com 1m Pink Slim CAT6 Ethernet Cable provides a slim, snagless Cat6 connection for high-density network installations. This 1 meter cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps) and Power over Ethernet up to 100W (IEEE 802.3bt Type 4), and is constructed with 28AWG pure bare copper UTP conductors, gold-plated RJ45 contacts and an LSZH jacket for low smoke emissions.

Advantages

The slim diameter (approximately 3.6 mm) is 36% thinner than standard Cat6 cables, improving flexibility and allowing better airflow and heat dissipation in crowded racks and patch panels. Snagless connectors protect the RJ45 clip during installation, and 50-micron gold-plated contacts with 28AWG pure copper conductors reduce signal loss and maintain reliable connectivity. The Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket enhances safety in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.
