The adapter transmits VGA video from the host to the laptop while emulating USB keyboard and mouse inputs, providing immediate access to POST, BIOS and full system configuration without requiring server-side software. The compact, USB-powered unit draws power from the host and is designed for easy transport by IT technicians and administrators.
