Wall Mounted Rack StarTech RK1232WALHM 12U
The StarTech RK1232WALHM 12U wall-mounted rack cabinet provides a secure, space-saving enclosure for mounting EIA-310 compliant servers, networking and AV equipment. This 4-post cabinet features adjustable mounting depth, lockable removable doors and side panels, passive ventilation with mesh and vented panels, and a 1U shelf for non-rackable devices or tools.
This 12U wall mount network cabinet supports up to 90 kg total load and offers 4-post mounting for greater stability and higher per-U weight capacity than two-post racks. The enclosure has a hinged rear door that swings away from the wall and can be reversed to open from the left or right. Removable and reversible front door plus quick-release side panels provide straightforward access, and independent locks on each door and panel enhance physical security. A 3 m roll of hook-and-loop cable tie is included to facilitate tidy cable management.
Mount the cabinet to wall studs using the 16 in. spaced mounting holes to ensure a secure installation. Adjust the 4-post mounting depth to fit your rack-mount equipment (3 to 23.8 in / 76 to 605 mm). Install equipment onto the front rails as per EIA-310 standards and place non-rackable devices on the included 1U shelf. Route cables through the enclosure openings and secure them with the supplied 3 m hook-and-loop cable tie. Configure the rear hinge direction during installation so the enclosure opens from your preferred side.
Install the enclosure on properly located wall studs or equivalent anchors rated for the cabinet weight plus equipment. Allow clearance for door and panel access and for sufficient airflow — keep vents unobstructed to support passive cooling of installed equipment.
