The StarTech RK1836BKF freestanding 18U server rack cabinet provides a secure, lockable 19-inch enclosure for servers, networking and telecommunications equipment. Designed for EIA-310 compatible rackmount devices, it accommodates standard 19" equipment from brands such as Dell, HP and IBM and is suitable for AV, IT and telecom installations. The cabinet includes adjustable mounting rails, a front glass door for visibility, removable side panels with independent locks, casters for mobility and leveling feet for stable floor mounting.

How to use

Position the freestanding cabinet where you want it and roll it into place on the casters. Adjust the front-to-rear mounting rails to the required depth (up to 813 mm) and secure them for the equipment you plan to install. Mount 19" rackmount devices to the rails using appropriate screws or cage nuts. After installation, lock the front glass door and side panels to protect equipment. For permanent placement, lower the leveling feet to stabilize the enclosure.
