The StarTech.com LC to LC OS2 1m Simplex 9/125µm fiber optic patch cable is a single-mode OS2 jumper designed for high-performance networking. With a 9/125µm core diameter and support for 40G/100G links, this LC/UPC to LC/UPC cable offers CWDM compatibility across 1260–1625 nm and is suitable for long-distance OS2 deployments. The cable features a bend-insensitive fiber core and an LSZH (Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen) jacket for safer installations in confined or poorly ventilated environments.

Advantages

This OS2 LC to LC simplex cable provides low insertion loss (below 0.3 dB) through precision ceramic ferrules and UPC-polished endfaces, delivering improved return loss compared with older PC polishing.
