Product description is under construction. Specify the parameters, price and delivery options before buying!
Patch Panel Synergy21 8x TP-TP Couplers CAT6A with Keystone Slim-line, Surface-Mount ABS, White is a compact surface-mount patch panel that integrates eight TP‑TP coupler ports with CAT6A performance. The panel comes with Keystone Slim-line modules preinstalled, housed in a white ABS enclosure designed for wall or surface mounting. It provides a modular, space-saving solution for extending or reorganizing Ethernet connections in offices, server rooms, or home networks where reliable 10 Gigabit-capable cabling is required.
The surface-mount design enables fast, non-invasive installation on walls or flat surfaces without the need for rack space. Inclusion of Keystone Slim-line modules simplifies termination and replacement of individual couplers, allowing modular maintenance and future upgrades. The ABS housing offers a neat, durable protective enclosure while the white finish blends with common interior settings. Support for CAT6A ensures higher bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower category couplers, suitable for high-speed Ethernet links.
This surface-mount patch panel is not intended as a full-width rack-mounted solution and lacks the form factor for standard 19-inch racks. It is designed for coupler-style connections rather than punch-down terminations, so installations requiring direct cable termination on a rear IDC or krone block are better served by different panels. For outdoor or highly humid environments, additional protective enclosures would be necessary as the unit is not specified for harsh environmental sealing.
Mount the panel on a suitable flat surface using the provided fixing points or appropriate screws and wall anchors. Insert the incoming and outgoing Ethernet patch cables into the front-facing keystone couplers. To replace or upgrade a single port, remove the keystone Slim-line module by depressing its retention clip and insert a new keystone module until it clicks into place. Ensure cable routing avoids sharp bends and keep cable lengths and patching organized to maintain signal integrity.
Use matched CAT6A patch cords and structured cabling components to preserve link performance. Label both ends of patched links for easier troubleshooting and future changes. When replacing keystone modules, power down PoE sources if possible to avoid stress on connectors during swaps.
