Manifold for underfloor heating TECE TECEfloor stainless steel 1" with flowmeters, 11 ports
The TECE TECEfloor stainless steel manifold 1" with 11 ports and integrated flowmeters is a distribution assembly for hydronic underfloor heating systems. It directs the heating medium to multiple heating circuits while providing individual flow measurement and balancing. Constructed from stainless steel, the manifold is intended for applications where corrosion resistance and long-term stability are required, and it is suitable for both residential and commercial installations that need precise circuit control.
The stainless-steel construction ensures enhanced corrosion resistance and structural stability compared with conventional materials, supporting dependable operation over time. Integrated flowmeters allow visual monitoring of each circuit’s flow rate, enabling accurate balancing without additional external instruments. The 1" connection and compact multi-port layout facilitate straightforward installation into central distribution zones and reduce the need for additional fittings.
Install the manifold in the designated distribution cabinet or mounting location according to local plumbing and heating codes, ensuring the 1" inlet/outlet aligns with the system supply and return. Connect each circuit pipe to its respective port and secure fittings according to manufacturer torque and sealing recommendations. Use the integrated flowmeters to set and verify the flow rate for each circuit during commissioning, adjusting balancing valves as needed to achieve the required flow distribution. Perform leak tests and system flushing before full operation.
Use compatible fittings and certified sealing materials when connecting pipes to the stainless-steel manifold. During initial commissioning, set flowmeters to design flow values and re-check after the system reaches operating temperature. Regular visual inspections of flowmeter readings and periodic maintenance of the heating system will help maintain balanced performance and prolong component life.
