The Techly Patch Panel UTP 24 Ports RJ45 Cat.5E I-PP 24-RU-C5ET provides 24 RJ-45 ports for organizing and terminating unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) Cat5e copper cabling in standard 19" rack installations. It supports 10Base-T, 100Base-TX and 1000Base-T Ethernet standards and is compatible with both 110 and Krone insertion tools. The panel accepts solid and stranded copper conductors from 22 to 26 AWG and uses gold-plated contacts for reliable connections.

This patch panel offers solid and resistant terminations with gold contacts (minimum 50 micro-inches) and compatibility with common inserters (110 and Krone). How to use

Mount the patch panel into a 19" rack using the supplied screws and align mounting holes (465 mm horizontal spacing). Prepare UTP Cat5e cables, punch down each conductor into the corresponding IDC using a 110 or Krone tool, and ensure correct wiring sequence (TIA/EIA 568A or 568B as required). Route and secure cables with the supplied nylon ties. Connect patch cords to the RJ-45 ports to link equipment to the network.

Usage recommendations
