Patch Panel UTP 16 Ports RJ45 Cat.6 Techly I-PP 16-RU-C6T is a 19" rackmount patch panel with 16 RJ45 ports for unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) Cat6 cabling. It provides solid termination for copper cabling and gold-plated contacts (minimum 50 micro-inches, 3 mm) and supports both rigid and flexible cables from 22 to 26 AWG. The panel is compatible with 110 and Krone inserters and meets Cat6 performance requirements according to ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1 for Ethernet, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet applications.

How to use

Mount the patch panel into a standard 19" rack using the supplied screws, respecting the horizontal and vertical hole spacing. Terminate each Cat6 UTP cable pair to the corresponding IDC/keystone-style termination following the colour code specified by ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1. Use a 110 or Krone inserter tool for reliable terminations. After termination, connect network devices to the front RJ45 ports with patch cords to establish Ethernet, Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet links.

Usage recommendations

For best performance, use Cat6-rated patch cords and keep cable runs within recommended length limits. Ensure proper cable management with the included nylon ties and maintain bend radius limits for Cat6 cable. Verify terminations with a network cable tester after installation.
