The Techly Patch Panel UTP 24 Ports RJ45 Cat.6 I-PP 24-RU-C6T is a 1U, 19" rack-mount panel designed to terminate and organize unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) Cat6 copper cabling. It provides 24 RJ45 ports with solid terminations and gold-plated contacts, supports 22–26 AWG solid and stranded cables, and meets Cat6 performance according to ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 B.2-1 for reliable Ethernet, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity.

Advantages

The panel features robust terminations compatible with both 110 and Krone inserters, gold contacts with a minimum plating of 50 micro-inches (≥3 µm), and a compact 1U form factor for standard 19" rack installation. How to use

Mount the patch panel into a standard 19" rack using the supplied screws and align the panel with the rack holes (horizontal spacing 465 mm). Terminate each Cat6 UTP cable to the corresponding IDC block using a 110 or Krone punch-down tool following T568A or T568B wiring scheme as required. Once terminated, connect patch cords between the RJ45 front ports and active network equipment to establish links for 10/100/1000Base-T networks.

Usage recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain proper cable management and avoid sharp bends; test each link after installation to verify Cat6 performance and continuity.
