Network patch cable TECHLY Cat5e U/UTP CCA RJ-45–RJ-45, 5 m, grey
TECHLY Cat5e U/UTP CCA network patch cable, 5 m, grey, is designed for horizontal patching and direct connections between switches, routers, PCs and other network devices with RJ‑45 ports. The cable uses CCA (copper-clad aluminium) conductors and an unshielded U/UTP construction that meets EIA/TIA 568 standards and supports 10/100/1000Base‑T(X) Ethernet speeds. Gold‑plated RJ‑45 contacts ensure reliable contact with network sockets while the grey PVC jacket provides basic mechanical protection for office and home LAN installations.
The TECHLY Cat5e patch cable provides gigabit Ethernet compatibility (10/100/1000 Mbps) suitable for typical office and home networking. Use of CCA conductors and controlled connector assembly yields a balance of electrical performance and cost efficiency for horizontal patching. The cable is compliant with EIA/TIA 568, supports legacy 10Base‑T and 100Base‑TX links as well as 1000Base‑TX, and meets RoHS requirements.
Insert each RJ‑45 plug into the corresponding network device port until the latch clicks. Use this patch cable for horizontal runs between wall outlets and switches, to connect end devices to routers, or to link network equipment in racks and cabinets. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during installation; maintain a bend radius consistent with cable category to preserve signal integrity.
For reliable gigabit links, keep cable runs within recommended horizontal cabling lengths and avoid routing near high‑voltage power lines or heavy electromagnetic sources. For permanent installations in demanding environments, consider shielded or solid‑core cables if superior attenuation and mechanical strength are required.
