The Techly IDATA DP-KVM2 is a 2x1 DisplayPort KVM switch that lets one workstation share two DisplayPort monitors, a USB keyboard and USB mouse, plus audio and microphone, between two dual-head DisplayPort computers. It includes an integrated two-port USB 2.0 hub for extra peripherals with over-current detection and protection, and a metal housing for improved RF shielding. The switch supports DisplayPort 1.2 video, Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio formats, and resolutions up to 3840×2160 at 30 Hz with a video link rate up to 21.6 Gbps. Switching is possible via the front push button or hotkey, and the unit is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux systems.

How to use

Connect each computer’s dual DisplayPort outputs and USB Type-B port to the KVM’s DP and USB inputs.
