USB 2.0 hub TECHLY IUSB2-HUB599TY — 4 ports, 480 Mbit/s, grey, USB‑powered
TECHLY IUSB2-HUB599TY is a compact USB 2.0 hub that provides four downstream USB 2.0 ports and a host USB 2.0 connection. Designed to expand a computer's USB connectivity, the hub supports data transfer rates up to 480 Mbit/s and is powered directly from the host USB port (5 V, 0.5 A). The enclosure is made of plastic, finished in grey and measures 89×38×10 mm, offering a space-saving solution for adding peripherals without extra power adapters. The device is compatible with Windows 10 and works with common USB peripherals such as keyboards, mice, flash drives and printers.
The TECHLY 4-port USB 2.0 hub increases the number of available USB connections while keeping installation simple through USB power and plug-and-play operation. Its compact plastic housing and low weight make it portable and easy to position on a desk or carry with a laptop. With support for USB 2.0 transfer speeds up to 480 Mbit/s, the hub provides adequate performance for everyday peripherals and data transfers.
Connect the hub to a computer using the integrated host USB 2.0 connector and wait for the operating system to detect the device. Once recognised, connect up to four USB peripherals to the downstream ports. Because the hub is USB powered, no separate power adapter is required for typical low-power devices; ensure the combined power draw of attached devices does not exceed the available USB port current (5 V, 0.5 A). For devices that require more power, use a self-powered hub or connect high-power peripherals directly to the computer's powered USB ports.
Use the hub for low- to moderate-power USB devices such as keyboards, mice, flash drives and printers. Avoid connecting multiple high-current devices (for example, some external drives or charging devices) simultaneously, as the USB-powered hub provides limited current. Position the hub close to the computer for reliable signal quality and to keep cable lengths short for best performance.
