Patch Cable TECHLY Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) CCA, 0.5 m, Grey, RJ-45–RJ-45
TECHLY Patch Cable Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) CCA, 0.5 m, Grey with RJ-45–RJ-45 connectors is a short-length network patch cable designed for compact installations. It features CCA (copper-clad aluminum) conductors in an unshielded U/UTP construction and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts to maintain reliable electrical contact. The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and complies with industry cabling standards for typical LAN use in patch panels, switches and endpoint connections.
The cable provides Cat6 performance for short runs where space is limited, offering compatibility with 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet. Gold-plated contacts reduce oxidation and help preserve connection integrity. Using CCA conductors and a compact 0.5 m length makes this patch lead a practical choice for tidy cabling between adjacent devices or within rack patch panels while maintaining EIA/TIA 568 compliance.
Insert one RJ-45 plug into the RJ-45 port of the first device and the other plug into the second device until the connector latches audibly. The cable is plug-and-play and requires no configuration. Use the 0.5 m length for short connections between patch panels, switches and nearby networked devices. Verify link status LEDs on connected devices to confirm successful physical connection and negotiated speed.
For optimal performance, avoid tightly bending the cable near the connectors and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use this CCA-based Cat6 patch cable for short runs only; for longer backbone or high-demand links, consider solid copper Cat6 or higher-grade cabling.
