This networking cable uses LSZH jacket material to reduce toxic fumes in confined spaces and is equipped with latch protection and a moulded strain relief for increased durability. When assembled from Cat.7 or Cat.5e raw cable variants, the transmission characteristics meet or exceed the Channel Class E or Class D requirements as defined in ISO/IEC 11801 (2nd edition), providing a standards-based solution for current Gigabit Ethernet applications and future network upgrades.
